Quality Policy
Bilen products represent a quality understanding and work discipline that exists in the company for generations.The philosophy can be described in one sentence: "If you don't like the product, never ship it to the client". products made of aluminized and stainless steel are checked in every step of the manufacturing process. In every batch, quality approvals are required at the beginning, during and final of the process, to keep the quality under control. Leakage tests are continuously applied to the silencer and aftertreatment product group.
Bilen quality management system is certified according to IATF 16949:2016. Welding tests include Vickers micro hardness and penetration. Random samples out of every production batch are taken for destructive testing to keep the welding process under control. Final dimensional checks are made on fixtures that are prepared according to part drawings.
Bilen quality department works with CMM laser equipment for 3D measurement, and follows the latest technologies and developments available in the market.
